You will be responsible to lead and motivate your department to be productive and efficient in dealing with sales and customer service as well as the merchandise in the stores. You will also need to ensure that morale is high, sales target are exceeded and customer service is exceptional. This position is most suited for someone who has a high degree of initiative.
