METRO.COM.SG is an extension of our department stores, showcasing a variety of Metro’s exclusive fashion & household brands and a wide range of beauty brands. It is a convenient new platform for consumers to shop anywhere, anytime. Here, you could create an account online, browse our collections and add items to your wish list or shopping cart to instantly make a purchase. You may opt for either self-collection from any of our 3 Metro stores or have it delivered to you.

All items for online purchase are not guaranteed to be in stock at the time of your order. If your order contains item(s) that are out of stock, our customer service staff will call to inform and offer an alternative (where possible). In the event of non-fulfillment, we will provide a refund for the unavailable item(s).

How do I place an order?
Create an account OR sign in
Browse items by categories via the navigation bar at the top of the page (e.g. Beauty, Home & Living, Women, Men) or use the search box to locate an item.
Wish List and Cart: Like an item you see? “Heart” it to save the product onto your wish list. Alternatively, you may select the size and/or quantity and add the item to your shopping cart for purchase. Choose to receive your purchases through self-collection at Metro stores or door-to-door delivery and make your payment by Credit Card upon Checkout.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an e-mail confirmation with an order number upon the successful completion of your transaction. For clarification, such confirmation of receipt of orders does not guarantee stock availabilty.

As a Metro Cardmember, will I enjoy discounts and Metro-UOB 5% Metro$ rebates when I make a purchase from METRO.COM.SG?
Yes, Metro Cardmembers can enjoy a 10% discount for purchases made on regular-priced merchandise. Currently, we regret that Birthday Privileges and Metro$ Rebates issuance will not be applicable for METRO.COM.SG purchases.

I’m giving the item I’ve purchased as a gift. Is gift wrapping service available?
Yes, we provide a complimentary gift wrapping service for METRO.COM.SG purchases all year long. Simply leave a request for gift wrapping in the comments box at Checkout. We will not issue an invoice to your gift recipient when the item is delivered.


What forms of payment does METRO.COM.SG accept?
METRO.COM.SG accepts all major credit cards.
UOB 0% instalment payment plan (IPP) (6 months)

Metro Shoppers Cheques, Metro Gift Card, Metro Privilege/Gift Card, Metro Gift Vouchers and Metro Credit Vouchers/Cheques cannot be used to offset purchases on METRO.COM.SG.

Instalment payment plan (IPP)
How does it work?
Add your product(s) to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout. To opt for an interest-free instalment payment plan (IPP), the minimum spend limit is S$500 in a single order.

Step 1.
Select IPP bank payment method.


Step 2.
Click on the UOB bank Icon for the instalment payment plan.

Step 3.
Select the instalment option of 6 months with 0% interest to make payment.

Enter your credit card details.

Step 4.
Complete the payment.
The full amount of your purchase will be reflected in your order confirmation email. (Please note that your monthly payment will be reflected in your next monthly credit card statement).

Which card can be used under the 0% instalment payment plan?
All Singapore issued Credit card from UOB(for online purchase).

Is there a minimum purchase required?
Yes, minimum purchase is $500 in a single order.

What are the tenure options available?
6 months.

Is there any other additional fee?
No, there are no other processing or additional fees.

What if I decide to change to a one-time payment after I submit my order for the IPP?
You are not able to choose another payment method once the order has been submitted.

How will I receive my order?
Option 1 - Self-Collection
At Checkout, you may select your preferred date of collection at any one of our stores with the following opening hours & addresses. The earliest collection date available will be 5 working days after your order has been placed.

You can proceed to the designated store for collection on the date and time you had selected at checkout.

Option 2 - Local Delivery
Shoppers may select their preferred date of delivery. The earliest delivery date available will be 5 working days after your order has been placed.
For purchases on METRO.COM.SG, all shoppers are entitled to a complimentary door-to-door ^standard delivery within Singapore*, with a minimum purchase of S$100 nett. With effect from 15 Jan 2019, minimum purchase would be adjusted to S$150*. For purchases below the indicated qualifier, a shipping fee of S$8 applies.*

When will I receive my order?
Local Delivery
Your order will be delivered to you on the selected day of delivery. 

Self-collection is convenient and faster with Metro’s 2 Department Stores strategically located island-wide. Your order will be ready for collection on the selected day of collection.
All products on METRO.COM.SG, are on “as is” and “as available” basis. Should there be any out-of-stock items in your order, it may take longer than the stipulated time to fulfil the order. Customer Service will contact you to inform of such instances and make further arrangements.

What happens if there is no one home when a METRO.COM.SG delivery is made?
The delivery team will make 1 attempt to deliver and, if unsuccessful, the order will be returned to Metro for self-collection at Metro Paragon.

What locations does METRO.COM.SG deliver to?
We deliver to Mainland Singapore* and do not ship internationally.
*Delivery does not include offshore islands and restricted zones.

Can I track the delivery of my order?
No tracking number will be provided for each order confirmation. Please email stating your order number with any questions regarding your order. We will get back to you within 3 working days.

How do I change the check order status or report missing delivery/items?

What is METRO.COM.SG’s exchange and return policy?
If you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase, you may request for an exchange or a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. The merchandise will need to be returned in its original condition with its receipt of purchase (METRO.COM.SG Invoice).

Easy exchanges and returns can be done at any of our 2 Metro stores, Customer Service Counter. The exchange or refund will be processed almost immediately.
Exchanges are not restricted to items on METRO.COM.SG. Customers can choose to exchange their purchase with any merchandise with the same value available in the Metro store, at the point of exchange.

Refunds will be issued in the form of a Metro Online Promo code (valid for 6 months upon issuance).


How do I sign up for the Metro Card?
Shoppers who have spent a minimum of $300 nett in a single receipt in any Metro store may apply for the Metro Card at the Customer Service counter. Online account holders will be upgraded to a Metro Cardmember upon spending $300 nett within a 3-month period from the date of registration.

How do I sign up for the Metro Elite Card?
Metro Cardmembers who have spent a minimum of $5,000 nett within a 12-month period are eligible to be upgraded to Elite Membership. Our Card Centre team will contact eligible Cardmembers by phone to notify them of this upgrade.

How can I collect my Metro Card?
Online account holders who have met the $300 spending criteria will receive an email notification for confirmation and selection of venue for card collection. Online account holders will be upgraded to a Metro Cardmember upon spending $300 nett within a 3-month period from the date of registration.

How do I update my contact number/mailing address/personal information for my Metro Card?
You may email for assistance.

I have not received my Metro Card.
You may email for assistance, with your full name and NRIC number. Our Card Centre team will get back to you regarding the status of your Metro Card within 3 working days.

I have lost my Metro Card. How can I apply for a replacement?
You may proceed to the Customer Service counter in any Metro store to apply for a replacement Metro Card. A $10 replacement fee is applicable.


Which brands are included in storewide events?
A direct discount is applicable to blue tag merchandise. Credit Vouchers will be issued in place of an outright discount for the purchase of selected yellow tag Cosmetics & Fragrances. Exclusions apply and may vary from time to time.

Are storewide events applicable to orders?
Metro Cardmembers are entitled to enjoy storewide events on upon logging in. A direct discount is applicable to blue tag merchandise. Rebates will be stored in your account for the purchase of selected yellow tag Cosmetics & Fragrances.


You may have entered the wrong User ID (NRIC number) and/or Password. Try the ‘Forgot Password’ feature to receive a new password at your registered email address. Log in with the new password and change it to your preferred password, for future sign-in. If you do not receive a new password in your email, it’s likely the wrong email address has been entered.
